Great hotel. Great value. Great location. Extremely quiet to be located next to the El Paso International Airport. Juan was an exceptional receptionist. He was kind, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond and helped me with an item needed. The king suite was really nice and spaciousness. The bed, although it looked welcoming, was slightly lumpy, but I am still grateful for a wonderful experience.
I loved this hotel! It's clean and bright. My room was larger than usual and had a nice sectional couch. The Texas-shaped waffle was a nice suprise. My only complaint would be the broken luggage cart. It lifted up on one side and had no bolts. You could tell it had been broken for a long time. Needs to bevtaken out back and shot!
My go to stop over in El Paso! Great breakfast, dog friendly and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean!
Great place to stay close to the airport, staff is super nice amd everything is nice and clean.
First time here to this comfort suites. .it doesnt look like much from the outside but all the comfort suites are really clean and super spacious and comfortable. Service was great as soon as we walked in the lady with the short hair and braces was super helpful with our stay and service is amazing. Parking is adequate. .if its busier you may have to park on the side of the street. Gym is small but really good really surprised. Breakfast was good as well only issue was that the hot water takes a while to come on in the shower/bath tub take about 5-10 mins for it to get hot. But rooms are super clean. Comfort suites has been my go to hotels when ever I travel unless I need a kitchen for longer stay. They're also pet friendly which is a plus. Definitely recommend. Right across the street from the air port. . Its 13 min walk from the airport to the hotel. . Making it very convenient to rent and drop off the car and just walk back to the hotel.
Hotel was clean, close to airport and the free breakfast was very good. The stay was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.
Stayed here for a few nights to attend a military reunion at Fort Bliss. The hotel is located close to the Airport in EL Paso, TX and affordable but the rooms are updated and need to be updated especially the bathrooms.
Overall, a great stay. The rooms are a bit on the dated side, but clean and spacious. It's right outside the main installation gate and visitors center, so it was an easy location to get to and from Fort Bliss. All of the staff we interacted with were nice and friendly. Breakfast was limited and okay tasting, but there was always options of a prepared meal, oatmeal/cereal, fruit and baked goods everyday.
